Multipurpose (Gravity) Concentration Plant incorporating a unique
Transverse Helix mechanism to convey heavy particles liberated from the pulp
phase by centrifugal force in the primary section of
the machine to the concentrate collection system. Our well equip fabrication facility
is located in Vanderbijlpark, South Africa where we fabricate equipment from

Mining and recovery of Gold, Gemstones and other valuable minerals,
once thought to be the exclusive activity and expertise of a few large capital
intensive companies, is now made easy, practical & economical with the VAALCHEM
MPC mobile processing plants.
The VAALCHEM MPC© models of mobile processing plants (with new technology in gravity
separation), designed and developed exclusively by VAALCHEM for rapid,
exploitation and recovery of Gold, Diamonds, color Gemstones, other precious
metals, base metals, ferrous metals, and all other heavy minerals.
The VAALCHEM MPC© plants are capable of recovering Gold, Diamonds and other minerals
simultaneously.
The VAALCHEM MPC© plants are practical, simple-to-operate, and economical. These
full-fledged gravity separation plants are ideally configured to be used as a
pilot plant for small-to-medium-sized mining operations for exploration
activity.
The VAALCHEM MPC© plants are
configured for automatic separation and recovery of precious and semi-precious
gemstones, metals and other minerals.
The VAALCHEM MPC© gravity separation plants are now available in six models with
processing capacity range from 1 -
100 tons/hour of ROM feed. Given these processing capacities and the low
ownership cost of the plants, the machines capital cost can be recovered in a
matter of weeks.
The VAALCHEM MPC© plants are simple to use and maintain, and are extremely accurate. The
ROM feed is continuously introduced into the hopper of the plant and all gold
or gemstone content of the ROM feed is automatically separated and recovered by
the machine and kept inside the concentrate compartment. The concentration and
separating process is automatic and based on the specific gravity differentials
of minerals. The ROM feed could be fed either manually or through automated
means (for larger models).
The VAALCHEM MPC© plants are
designed to handle all type of ROM feed (i.e., sandy, light clay, heavy clay, rocky
etc).
The VAALCHEM MPC© plants could be equipped with a security cover and locking mechanism,
insuring that the operators cannot access nor see the production of the
gemstones and gold. This will allow the machine to be left in the field with
the operators without any worry of loss and theft of production, until the end
of the shift, when the production is removed. The operator will only feed the
machine.
The VAALCHEM MPC© mobile plants
are configured with one, two axles or three axels on a heavy-duty trailer for
rapid transport and logistics in the field.
